Blake E. Dunlap received his Bachelor of Arts degree at Blackburn College in 1998. He continued his education at Southern Illinois University School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate degree in 2001.

Mr. Dunlap is a member of the American Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Peoria County Bar Association, and the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel.

Mr. Dunlap's primary areas of practice are civil litigation, traffic and criminal defense, and family law.
