Maximilian M. Prusak received his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Illinois in 1965. He received his Juris Doctorate degree in 1968 from the University of Illinois Law School. From 1969 through 1973, he served as a Judge Advocate in the United States Air Force. Presently, he is a member of the Peoria County Bar Association (serving as President 2000-2001), the Illinois State Bar Association (past Chairman of the Law Office Economics Section Counsel), the American Association for Justice, the Defense Research Institute, the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel, and the International Association of Defense Counsel. Mr. Prusak's primary area of practice is civil litigation including products liability, professional malpractice, insurance coverage issues, property damage claims, construction accidents, motor vehicle accidents, fire losses, and mediation. Mr. Prusak has been a lecturer for the Illinois State Bar Association, Peoria County Bar Association, and the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel concerning litigation issues.
